I am using windows xp O2207B2TR, my computer and printer are both hp, the
printer is hp deskjet 5740. I've not had a problem with printing in grey
scale until yesterday. with the old 2003 publisher the grey scale was fine;
with the O2007 the grey scale is "red scale" and black is black. All grey
scale boxes are properly checked.
I've tried to update my drivers from hp, having a problem with that also.
My IE7 will not allow me to install the active X control needed to check
for driver update. Iknow this is not the correct community for this.
This is not the only color/grey scale issue; ms paint and adobe photoshop
color appear correct on monitor-while in the "color box" start to "color" and
coloring is done in grey scale, while the "color box" remains color.
This is highly nerve racking since this is my bread and butter.
