Not only Outlook took a turn for the worse, but so did Word--Mail.

I am so frustrated with the updated softward. Thus far, it has been a far
greater hinderance than help!!! Mail merge has turned into a joke, Outlook
takes twice as long. Thank you for the update.

Unless you are having a problem with mail merge from Microsoft Access
(the professional database program) then it would appear you posted you
message to the wrong newsgroup.
