Not on the screen.....

I open a desktop application and the taskbar indicates
the window is open but it is not on the screen.

I go to task manager and command the application to
minimise and it zooms down to the taskbar. I ask it to
maximise and instaed of appearing on the desktop it seems
to open somewhere else off the screen....

Please help.....
 
Suggestion:

Close all other windows. Right click its entry on the taskbar and choose
Size. Use the arrow keys to make it the size you want. Close it that way,
then retry. Good luck!
