Your profile is probably corrupt -

1) Do you have another account you can log in with (i.e. local admin)
2) Can you log in in safe mode?

yes i'm able to login using admin account how can i repair my profile ??

You'll need to delete it and let Windows recreate a new one -
but first, if there is anything in your old profile you want to retain,
you'll need to copy it off to another location - such as favorites,
stuff you may have put on your desktop, stuff in my documents - Browse
to c:\documents and settings\username where username is the account
name of your old profile - you can copy the whole folder and paste it
somewhere else as a backup, or drill down through the folders and look
for anything you know you'll want to save. You can then delete the old
username folder, log off and log back in under that account - you
should get a new default user profile. You can then copy the stuff you
saved off back into the corresponding folders of the new profile.
