Not Lock computer when standby

When I close the lid of IBM laptop, it locks the computer. I tried Local
Policy but it is not working. I do not want the laptop locked when closing
the lid. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Check the settings in the Control Panel > Power Options > Advanced.
