Not install because Windows Installer

Hi! When i try to install a program it stops and then appears a new windows
that say "Windows Installer". In this windows is wrote some commands and has
the
button that says "ok". I touch in this button and nothing more happens. The
installation stops for here.

I would like to know how can i install the program without happears this
windows that say "Windows Installer"

You could have a look at the Windows Installer cleanup utility:

I did that and nothing worked

Second answer:

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type:
SFC /SCANNOW
You will need your original setup media

I’ve already tried this and didn’t worked too

Try to get new copy of the program install files. Your copy might be corrupt.
