Not getting pictures in e-mail

I have Outlook 2002. For the past few days, all my e-mail
is showing only boxes with red x's where pictures should
be. The same e-mails on a different computer display the
e-mail ok. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing
Outlook to no avail. The problem is not with the sender, it
is with my machine. Please help.
