I own 3 windows xp licenses and 1 xp pro license. I have all the keys etc. I
have had to re-install numerous times due to kids downloading spyware, hard
drive problem, motherboard problem, and when the comp boggs down i usually
just re-install the system. I have built all of my own comps and none of the
software is OEM but getting through to MS is a joke
Does anyone know who i call or email to resolve this. Thanks a bunch.

Do a search for Carey Frisch. He has answered this question
enough times with all of the necessary URL's and addresses.

deleting any files wga*.* on your system will kill the nag in the system
tray.

To really fix the problem you will have to logon to windows genuine
advantage page and let the webpage check out your installation and if found
to be genuine MS will write a registry key to allow you to download updates.
Without WGA certification microsoft (as of this writing) will not allow
installation of updates unless they are extremely critical.

I hope that helps,

Jim
