Not found any profile

Hello,
After a Windows Update I lost all my profiles on my laptop, and I had to
reinstall all my softwares.
I was told to change from FAT32 to NTFS : That's done.
Everything are working fine , except that I still have an error message when
Win XP Pro is openning :
"Not found any profile that can match current network environment! Do you
want to create a now one?".
What does that mean?
What I have to do?
