optical media and then delete them off of your drive?

So I called microsoft and they told me it should send me to another driver
after that happens but it does not ask me anything it just says not enough
storage can I get an answer not a link please

As far as I am aware, no MS error message ever mentions 'storage'. Are you
referring to 'virtual memory'?
