not enough space in inbox

If I don't check my email within 3 days my box gets full and mail starts
getting rejected. How do I fix it so my inbox will hold at least 100 emails
instead of only 25?
 
That is determined by your ISP and not by your mail program. You need to
visit their website and find out how to increase your mailbox size. WinMail
has no influence on that.
