Not enough resources (err 1721) to start Task Scheduler

Hi,

I need task scheduler to run a vb script daily at a specified time, but when
I try to start it in services it tells me

"there are not enough resources....."

Would resources include hard drive space? I'm short on hard drive space
but the trask calls for writing to a removable drive with plenty of space

Are you unable to start the Task Scheduler service or are you
unable to run a scheduled task? That's two completely different
things!
