not changing time

MY xp pro is part of AD 2003 domain. It is in the same OU as the others.
When we changed time to DST only one machine did not change the time. I
tried to do that manually but if reverted backup to the old time after few
minutes. Any suggestions?

The (DST) settings for that timezone are incorrect - google for, then
download the free util "TZEDIT.EXE" run it on a machine that was successful,
then on the one that reverts back and manually edit the current timezone so
they are the same.
