Not allowed on secure sites

Hello I need some help. I just came back from a vacation
and my roommates did something to my computer. I am
unable to get to hotmail.com or my bank. It seems that
secure sites are not letting me on. I have checked my
security settings and they are set to medium. I am lost
and would love any ideas you have.

I bet he installed the sp2 beta.
If you are using the sp2 beta.
Type services.msc (Run box)
HTTP SSL set to Manually

Check your system clock for the correct date. If it's set way in the
future, fix it, reboot and try the secure site again.
