Not all users can access internet

Everything was fine until about a week ago. Suddenly only one user account
on our computer can access the internet, aol and McAfee. When other users
attempt to connect to the internet it says the site is found and wating for a
response then it just times out. AOL cannot sign on and when you attempt to
open McAfee nothing happens. To my knowledge nothing new has been installed
on the computer.

pounded out on the keyboard:

I've seen this happen before. In that particular case it was due to a
buggy network card driver that prevented anyone without Administrator
rights to connect. Try updating your network drivers. You could also
try a System Restore to a point in time that everything was working
properly. Maybe the recent update regarding TCPIP had something to do
with it?
