Not all messages getting through to me

I am finding certain email messages are not getting through to me, whereas
originally messages from some of these senders did. Even when I'm on the
phone to them and they resend the message it never arrives, doesn't even go
to the junk area, yet sending the message to my business email works. In some
some cases, these senders are on my safe senders list ,another one is from a
new person and it just never got through, I know they are writing my email
address correctly as it is cc to my business address. So far it has occurred
with 4 different people with different domain names. Something weird going on
any ideas!!!

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled. The latest version of Trend's
anti-virus seems to be causing problems too.
