This is the second time I was attacked by the W32.Torvel.B@mm virus. Last time it disabled every executable on my comp. except Internet. This time it appears to be just disabling my NAV 2004 auto-protect feature and e-mail scanning. After discussing the problem with Symantec, they said that there is nothing they can do to remove it, even though they have a removal procedure. The virus is residing in my Windows folder under .{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} with the file name Unknown00000000.data Symantec recommended that I ask Microsoft about this, because NAV will not quarantine or delete the virus, and it won't let me access it for manual quarantine (in use by another process). Please help!
