Not able to pull up specific website

I am trying to get into a website I have entered in the past.
Now it continues to give me an error that says "Page Cannot be displayed".
I have attempted to pull this website up on a friends computer and it comes
right up.
What can I do to correct this?

I'd be curious as to the site address, because some set of security
settings on the computer are now blocking what appears to be a problem
site. So I would suggest you continue to use your friend's computer.
Or I would examine the browser settings for the Internet Zone. I'd
also check to see if a HOSTS file is blocking the site (if you use a
HOSTS file). I would check any of the site blocking programs or
devices like Spywareblaster, Firewall settings, or router settings.
