not able to log onto 2 accounts at same time

Well as of late, whenever i use Switch User rather than Log Out, noone else is able to go into their accounts unless i log out of mine completely. This happens every time, even if it's not me that is logged on. When two people are going to be logged on, it goes to the blue screen and says...

"Stop. c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x77e7569e 0x002ef808)
The System has been shut down."

I want to know how I can change this, (if i can change it), so that I can log onto more than one Windows Account at the same time. Any help is appreciated.

could anybody help this? this is a real pain having to always log out.
