I'm confused--were you unable to install the program, or did you install it,
run it, remove some items, and are now having this difficulty?
If the latter, try this:
If you are on Windows XP Service Pack 2,
Please type this at a command prompt:
netsh winsock reset
Hit the enter key,
then restart the machine.
