not able to install

After uninstalling, Giant Ad-ware, unable to get back to
MS website to install the program. Can't even get home
page to come back up.

I'm confused--were you unable to install the program, or did you install it,
run it, remove some items, and are now having this difficulty?

If the latter, try this:

If you are on Windows XP Service Pack 2,
Please type this at a command prompt:

netsh winsock reset

Hit the enter key,
then restart the machine.

For Windows 2000, Pre SP2 versions of XP, or for Windows Server 2003 pre
sp1, follow the procedure in this Microsoft Knowledge base article:
