not able to download big size mail from my mail server

Can anyone tell me that how to download the big mail size from my mail server
to my local pst . The outlook client has been configuared as a pop3 . Please
tell me how to resolve this matter and also tell me how to save the mails of
Outlook webaccess to a local PST.
 
What happens when you try to download the large item? OWA can't save to a
local PST.
