Would appreciate correction instructions on problem above. CAn't convert Personal Address Book in Outlook 2000 to Contacts Folder in Outlook 2003. What's the solution? Thank you.
We don't even know what the problem is yet, because you have provided no
details. Start by telling us what happens when you try to import your .pab

Nothing happens. The Personal Address Book is still there, and there is no
folder called "Contacts." If I had one, is there a way to re-establish a
Contacts folder in Outlook 2003? Thanks for your expertise and your patience.
You should see the Contacts folder if you look in the Folder List or click
the Contacts button at the bottom of the navigation pane.
