Not able to access Hard Drive

My computer will start to boot into Windows, it will get
to the Windows XP Startup screen, then a blue screen
flashes up for a second and then the computer will
reboot. I hooked my Hard Drive up to another Windows XP
machine to copy my data, so I could reformat it and reload
a fresh copy of XP. But it tells me that D:\ is not
accessible. In the properties, my File System is RAW, and
I can't access the Hard Drive at all. Is my data still
there? How come I can start to boot up, but on a
different computer it's telling me that nothing's on my
Hard Drive?

Try running the commands fixmbr followed by fixboot from the recovery console accessed by doing a repair installation
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm

If the system will not start at that point it is likely that the disk no longer has the file allocation table on it and will have to
be reformatted.

The "raw" indication shown on that other computer is a strong indication the data on the disk has been destroyed possibly by the
action of a virus.
