not a valid windows 32 application

is there a place of how to resolve this error problem.
I've been trying to download internet call waiting (thru
call wave) and halfway thru I get either an IE5/ZJBUIMLN
or IE5/IJKL4567 not a valid windows 32 appl.
 
Try saving the install file to disk before running it. What you wrote
makes it look as if the file is trying to run from the Temporary
Internet Files folder. Make sure you save the file to your desktop.
