nosy grandma

my son recentlty set up an account on his grandma,s webtv
and now she is able to access everything connected to his
net passport, e-mail, messenger and when he is connected
and she logs on he get's kicked out with the message "you
have been signed off and logged in another location" she
will not delete the account. How can I stop her? thx.

Changing all the passwords should stop her in her tracks.
