Norton Systems Work

Have a system message stating that something has changed
the default reg. setting NSW and the system will reboot
to the previous settings....

Also, unable to start Netscape... although I am an
authorized user .....

You don't provide enough information to get a good answer, but my guess
would be that you are infected with a virus. Either post back with more
details or take the box to a good local computer shop and have them fix
it.
