Norton Systems Work Trojan Horse warning - C:\Windows\System32\SVC.EXE

Does anyone have any information on this Trojan Horse, or
if the warning is a fault in Norton System Works 2003.

The warning I get says Norton is unable to fix it and
also cannot access the file. I have been successful in
quarantine for it and then deleting it from quarantine,
but it seems to find it's way back on next boot up.

Norton has no specific information on this item, which
makes me think it could be a fault with this version of
System Works

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to send it to norton after you quarantined
it? or tried their tech support?
