tskmgr32.exe trojan horse

I have just run a virus scan using today's Norton
definition file. Admittedly, I am a bit behind on the
updated definitions. It has identified the tskmgr32.exe
as a Trojan horse file. The file specifics are:
Location: C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer\tskmgr32.exe
Size 188kb
Date 8/29/2002

I do not recall this file being identified before and I
have not heard of this one before. Norton is unable to
clean, quarantine, or remove this file. Is this indeed a
virus and if so is there anyway to correct it

Thanks Doug, that worked. Not all the registry entries in the instructions were there, but after I followed the instructions that did apply the infected file was gone

The original scan did not name the virus. Only the file name and the virus type was a Trojan Horse. That was why I was questioning if this was a real virus or not

Thanks again,
Car
