Norton rejects emails

Norton reject incoming/outgoing messages. Which setting
contrrols this aspect of the configuration. The OS is
XP. Anyone???
 
Contact Norton. There is a configuration problems with it. There is no
setting in Windows or Outlook for it.
 
Which version of Norton? (I am presuming anti-virus software???)

scan your system for a virus?
are your Norton AV files up-to-date??
