I am using a version of Norton Ghost that operates in a DOS environment to
ghost several manufacturing computers so they are identical. The computers
are purchased from Dell and immediatly formatted because they now come with
WinXP SP2, which causes several problems with the PLC communications we use.
Using Microsoft's SysPrep utility, the ghost image was created and after
applying the ghost to the destination drive, the valid product key that came
with the computer no longer works. What is the potention problem and/or fix
for this issue?
