Norton Ghost 10 And Nero 6

I have installed both. On build 5384 I used x64 because x86 was pokey. On
5456 I am using x86 because now it is x64 that is pokey.

John:
I'm running Vista x64, haven't tried Vista x86 yet. Spell check
works in Windows Mail, but I also have Office 2007B2 installed. Nero 7
initially installed and was working, then I tried to install the updates,
hosed Nero and couldn't reinstall it. Currently Nero 6.614 is functioning
properly. My Epson cx3800 and capture card don't have Vista x64 drivers,
everything else works including my wireless NIT card with the Ralink chipset
out of the box. Quicken 2006 works, haven't tried QuickBooks of tax programs
yet.

Hey Dennis-

With your Epson CX3800, have you tried using the CX3600 driver that comes
with Vista x64? I noticed that on SOME of the Epsons, using a slightly
older driver tends to work, though I mean "SOMETIMES"...lol My R1800 has no
driver either, but I have been surprised with the odd drivers that I found
on the DVD. (Like my Xerox 8550 printer, and my Brother MFC5840CN)

As far as Nero goes, I was really sorry to have to scratch my way back to
6.6, but it seems to be working well. I even tried running in
"compatibility mode" with 7ultra and no go. (I know it was dumb to hope
that compatibility mode actually worked, but I had to TRY, right?)

I'm about to install the B2 of Office2k7. I'm hoping it works well...

Takali:
I already tried the other Epson drivers with no success. Office
2007B2 installs and works with Windows x64 and Vista x64. When saving a file
in Office 2007, save it as a 97 to 2003 document otherwise it will only open
in Office 2007 or cause Office 2003 to crash.

Hope it's soon Fuzzy John -

I've just bought a new PC with Vista. Nero 6.6.1.4 came with it and it wont
run!

Nero 7 does run with Vista, and a quite economical version -- Nero 7
Essentials -- is available.
