Norton found errors

I'm running w2kpro on a desktop. When I run Norton's 1
button checkup, I always get 2 errors, even after repairs
and reboot.
1) The key"Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current
version\Shared DLLs" refers to a missing file"C:\Program
files\Roxio Shared\DLL shared."

2) The key"bwpfile\shell\open\command" refers to an
invalid command entry "C:\Program
files\Logitech\Desktop\Messenger\887480\6.1.4.36-
8876480l\Program\prvcnt.exe"%1""

I have removed and reinstalled Roxio and Logitech programs
but errors persist. Roxio URL is mot helpful here.
If someone can help it is appreciated.

Norton is not infallible, ignore the errs.

Thanks Stacy,I assumed as much!However, if I ignore this
it seems to accumulaye more errors, which Norton can fix.
Smetimes though, it slows the computer down on startup
snd/or shutdown.
