Norton firewall blocks remote access

Hoping someone here can tell me how to resolve this
issue. As long as Norton firewall (2002) is disabled RD
works great, as soon as I enable it on the host I can't
touch it remotely. Help?

Not familiar with Norton Firewall so I can't give you the exact steps, but
you'll need to open up port 3389 (that's the default port anyway, it can be
changed by editing the registery).
