And more .

EF Commander Lite
http://www.efsoftware.com/sw/efcwl.zip
http://www.anycities.com/user1/sonofspy/WhutzNu.html
EF Commander is a file manager for the Windows 95/98/Me, Windows NT
4.0, Windows 2000 and Window XP desktop. If you've ever used and
liked Norton Commander, you'll like this dual-windowed program,
which comes complete with bubble and online help.

JExplorer
http://home.megapass.co.kr/~woosjung/
JExplorer is a dual-panel type file manager and web-browser as well.
It is similar to widely used Norton Commander, WinNC, or Windows
Commander. It provides many advanced features such as
compressor/decompressor, FTP file transfer, POP3 mail/SPAM mail
monitor, MAPI mail sender, directory comparator, and Dial-up
Networking (DUN) interface. It runs under Windows 95/98/ME and
Windows NT4/2K/XP. JExplorer is a freeware.

Pablo Commander
http://freeware4u.com/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=16
http://www.pablovandermeer.nl/index.html
A very nice file manager with a familiar look. If you're familiar
with Windows Explorer, you'll pick up Pablo Commander quick and
enjoy added features, like built in FTP.
This application is a mixture between Norton Commander and Windows
Explorer.

TriDComm
http://tridcomm.com/
http://www.all4you.dk/FreewareWorld/links.php?page=11&cat=79
TriDComm is a 3D file manager for Windows. TriDComm has a pair of
Norton-Commander-style
listing windows, all of the ususal file and directory folder icons
are rendered as three dimensional objects.

Turbo Navigator
http://www.321download.com/LastFreeware/page6.html
Turbo Navigator 1.47 (last freeware version) OS:
Win95/98/Me/NT4/2000/XP
Turbo Navigator is advanced, highly customisable file manager for
Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000. It works as Windows Explorer but with one
main difference: it uses two file panels, as in Symantec's Norton
Commander, a well known commercial file manager for DOS and Windows.

Nope on the version info - v 1.47 has a bug that effects Win9x/ME - get
v 1.46 and 1.47 here:

Program: Turbo Navigator
Author: (Marko Vodopija)
W: LFW
Ware: v. 1.46 and v 1.47 (NT/2000/XP only) Freeware

If i can trust my eyes i read "download trial" - "quickbuy"

Got to use the old version Laurent .
Old is 2xExplorer , new xplorer²

[10.June.2004] xplorer² — the new generation
2xExplorer is officially pronounced dead. You can still download it
for free, but that's about it. xplorer² is the way to the future. It
comes with a "pro" and a "lite" version. The lite version is free and
much more powerful than 2xExplorer, and you should really give it a
try!
xplorer² website
