Norton Clean Sweep doesn't clean history

I have Norton Clean Sweep and there are 2 files on Internet History that
will not clean. I am using 2004 version and had same problem with earlier
version. I had cleared history with both IE and Netscape and the 2 files not
cleaned. There is no information on Symetic Knowledge Base and to ask the
question, it would cost $30 Can someone help me with that?
