Norton antivirus will not install, insufficient privileges

I have been trying to install Norton Antivirus 2003 on my
windows XP professional machine. I am logged on as the
Administrator, but i keep getting the error 1303, The
installer does not have enough privileges to access this
directory:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Symantec\Symantec Shared\Log. The installation
cannot continue. Please log on as Administrator or
contact your system administrator.

I am confused, since I am the administrator. Can anyone
help me out here????
