"Installer has insufficient privileges" message

I am trying to install the BBC iPlayer and encounter the following message ;
"The Installer has insufficient privileges to access the directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Deliveries. The
installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system
administrator". I am logged on as an administrator. The directory "My
Deliveries" does not exist at the stated location. Is the install program
trying to create the said directory, and having failed cannot access it ?
What else should I be doing to enable the install program to complete
successfully ?

Looking at the error message

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents

That path is incorrect. The correct path would be

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared Documents

You would need to Customize the installation when installing iPlayer if
it's attempting to install to the 'Documents' folder. Is there a
Customize or Advanced option presented during the install ?

You could post this to iPlayer's message board, but the 'Trial' is
closed now and I'm not sure anyone would respond.

Perhaps you should just wait until the final release scheduled for July
27th ?
