Norton Antivirus Live Update

Derns

I have installed Norton Antivirus 2003 on my computer but I cannot
perform a liveupdate. I get message "LU1814 could not retrieve the
update list". When checking my configuration in Live Update, I get a
runtime error when I click on the ISP tab. The error states
"C:\Program Files\SYMANTEC\LiveUpdate\LUAll.exe" Abnormal program
termination.

I hope someone can help!

Terribly frustrated.

Here's what you can do:

1. Reinstall NAV. Make sure you remove Live Update. Do this all through the
Add/Remove Programs Window in Control Panel

2: Just reinstall LU. You can find it at Symantec's website.
