hi. i'm having trouble with my antivirus program. i have 2 users on my xp pro
pc. when i log on the first user, the antivirus works fine. if i stay logged
onto that user and switch to the other user, a message pops up in the lower
right hand corner that says "auto protect disabled". does anyone know how to
get norton antivirus corporate to work with more than one user? thanks.

I have not had this issue with Norton(Symantec in this case) before.
I would uninstall, reboot, reinstall Symantec AntiVirus.

Or uninstall, reboot, and install something better.

Hold on just one second. There is a known problem with Norton Antivirus 2004
that it can only load the Antivirus for the first logged on user, and you
have to reboot every time you want to switch users. I believe it is fixed in
2005, but the corporate version might have a similar quirk...does it only
load for you, or for the first logged on user?
