Norton Antivirus 2003 error

Reita

After installing NAV with Norton Systemworks 2003 and
using successfully for 10 months, the NAV disappeared
from the NSW Integrator and when trying to open NAV I
receive error message (3002, 1530) NAV encoutered an
internal program error.

I have followed the Symantec suggestions including manual
uninstallation of products, disk check, on-line virus
scan, reinstallation of Windows XP and reinstall of NSW
2003. I followed the instructions to the letter, even
contacting Symantec Support by email.

I still receive the same error message. Can anyone please
tell me what I missed or what I should do now? I am at a
total loss.

Thanks.

Stop using Norton.

The number of comments in these newsgroups complaining about Norton would
not convince me to use it.

Oh hell. With the millions of copies of Norton Antivirus being used in the
world today, the complaints are a fraction of 1% of the total users. The
same goes for Windows XP.

Only people who have problems come here! The many, many millions who don't,
you "never" read about!

I have been using Norton Antivirus, in one form or another, since about
1993. I have NEVER had a problem (with the one exception a few years ago
when they issued a bad signature update). But hell, nobody is perfect!
