Norton Antivirus 2002 and MSXP

My norton antivirus2002 would not install in my computer
stating that Live Registration will not work with this
computer. I need help in this problem. Is there
anything I need to do to allow Norton Antivirus2002 to
install? I have 4 computers and all of them are OK with
this exception of this computer - 1 out of the 3 have
MSXP. Please help. Tks. Anadnec

Usually NAV install problems are related to failure to uninstall earlier
versions, especially if an upgrade to WinXP is involved. See

If those don't help, go to
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/nav/nav_2002_search_solve_install.html
and look for your exact error message ("Live Registration" doesn't sound
right) -- there are over 300 hits if you just enter "install".
