Norton and Internet not running properly in other user account

G

Guest

I am the administrator and as such have installed Norton (from the internet),
for some reason when another user account logs on a message comes up saying
that Norton doesn't support repair and to uninstall and reinstall (having no
problems with it in the admin account). Also Internet Explorer won't open, a
message comes up saying that it has encounted problems and has to close, I
recently downloaded the Nine MSN toolbar and a message is also coming up
saying that it can't index. Is there a way to fix these probelms without
having to uninstall and reinstall?

Any help would be great (preferably in not to technical computer language,
I'm good but not that good).

Thanks

Jaycmac

Most problems with Nortons can be found by searching the knowledge base
