IP address is not blocked. I can send thsi person email if i access my
email provider online but no through outlook or outlook express or
incredimail. None of these program have blocked the comcast email. I am
frustrated can anyone help with this problem. Contacting Norton is very
frustrating and expensive.

Turn off email scanning in Norton.
Thank you for your suggestion but if I do that it will not scan any of
my emails and I do want my emails scanned for viruses. Any other
suggestion? Do you think uninstalling norton's and reinstalling may fix
the problem?
Thanks

If you visit the Outlook Express newsgroups, you'll find countless posts
regarding Norton (or any other AV) email scanning causes nothing but
problems until it's disabled. They will also show you quotes from the
Norton site that running email scanning is not necessary.

Your realtime protection takes appropriate care of the issue.

If you choose not to turn it off, you also choose to continue having the
same problems.
