Nortan AV 2004 XP SP2 and NTDLL.DLL crash

Hi,

I am trying to use NAV 2004 under XP SP2, when I run a full system scan,
it crashes halfway through and reports as shown, anyone else had problems or
know how to solve it?

Nope run System works 2004 and standalone Anti Virus 2004 and no
crashes at all, do the liveupdate and get all updates, might fix it ?

Still crashes after all the updates
