When exiting Outlook, I get the following message:

Normal was being edited by another Word session. If you save this
document with the original name, you will overwrite any changes made in the
other session.
Do you want to save the document using the original name anyway?

How do this annoying message?

It sounds like you have something installed that makes changes to normal.dot
or you made changes to it yourself. Click "Yes" when being prompted or
uninstall whatever it is that you have installed which is causing this. From
the details provided, it's impossible for us to give a more precise answer.

I have no clue as to what may be making changes to normal.dot. Until this
message started popping up, I was unaware of the existence of this file.

The error gives me the choice to select Yes, No, or Cancel. If I select
Yes, I get another message that says that Normal is in Read Only mode. If I
select No, the I get another Save As box asking for a name. I have been
selecting Cancel.
