normal view vs. browser preview

When I am designing a new page in normal view it does not
appear the same in preview or browser preview. ie. 1 line
of text becomes 2 lines of text and text box that is
aligned with all pictures on the top of page in normal
view has expanded in the preview view. I have tried to
preview in different resololutions and that does not work.
Any suggestions?

John,

It's best to think of FrontPage's internal preview as "What you see is
_almost_ what you get." FrontPage has to perform some trickery to display
pages. Because this isn't 100% the same as IE (or any other browser for
that matter) it's always best to test in the browser.

That said, it's also best practice to be sure to test in all of your target
browsers, i.e.: IE, Mozilla, Opera. Also the more alternative browsers such
as Konqueror. And if you have access to an Apple, test in Safari, iCab, Mac
IE. Also, try to test different versions when possible.

I know, it sounds like a big headache, that's the breaks of web design. ;)

Good luck!
