Normal, HTML, preview tabs gone

My normal, HTML, and preview tabs are no longer on the the bottom of my index
page, and all I have is the HTML view. How to do get my tabs back on the
bottom of my page so I can switch between views? (They are on the bottom of
all of the rest of my pages but the index page??)

I tried to search for this problem, as I know I had it about a year or so
ago, but I can't find the answers anywhere - so thanks for any help!

There is problem with your page, so FP will only open it in HTML view.
