Normal.Dot

Hello Everyone,

I'm using Word 2003 and having a problem with new documents. When creating
a new document Word seems to ignore Normal.dot. When displayed, the cursor
dispays almost at the very top edge of the document instead of 1 inch down.
I took a look at Normal.dot and found that the margin settings were correct.
Any suggestions? Thanks inAdvance for your help!!!
