None Compatible

Good morning to all. I have installed winxp and during
the install I left Roxio CD software on the system. I got
a message that it wasn't compatible during the install,
but I continued. The result is when I boot up after the
install, I get the following message. "A problem has been
detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer. How can I resolve this problem at this
point and how do I get to the system to get Roxio off if
it is causing this hardware error? Your help would be
greatly appreciated, Thank you. GH

Hello

Try booting in Win XP safe mode and then try to remove
Roxio, if that is unable to work you may end up reloading
windows again.
