Non Sasser windows XP shut down

I have the most current Norton Internet Securty which was installed when I
romatted my HD. I have the firewall and virus protection updated weekly. I
have checked for the Sasser worm and do not have it. I do not believe I
have an I/O conflict but am unsure. My system properties don't show any
problems to my knowledge. Any help would be great.

yes my power supply fan is on and my CPU fan is on and its temp is 98
degrees after being on for several hours.

As an aside, 98F is not a problem.
